Order Office Suite license and assign to Nextcloud user

Want to expand Nextcloud with the Office Suite, so users can edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations in the browser? The Office Suite works with Euro-Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files stay exactly as they are. Then you buy a license per user. Step 1 Log in to mijn.weboke.nl, go to My Products and click Manage for your Nextcloud package. At the top, under Office Suite licenses, you'll see how many licenses you have and how many are in use.

Step 2 On the same page, go to Configurable options and set the number of Office licenses to the desired amount. One license is for one user. Click Save options.

Step 3 You'll see the additional payment for the remaining term of your package, excluding and including VAT. A license costs 24 euros per year; since you only pay extra until the next renewal date, the amount may be lower now. Click Confirm and pay and settle the invoice. After payment, the licenses are immediately available. From the next renewal onwards, they'll be included in the price of your package.

Step 4 Scroll to User management and switch on the toggle in the Office Suite column for the desired user. The change is saved immediately and the user can start editing documents right away. If you're creating a new user, check Assign Office Suite license during creation.

Moving or reducing a license If all licenses are in use, turn off Office for another user to free one up. Need fewer licenses? Lower the number under Configurable options. A reduction takes effect immediately and counts toward the price from the next renewal onwards.
